Returns & Exchanges

We highly recommend you choose your items carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind. We offer store credit on items you wish to return due to incorrect sizing. If you need the exchange a piece due to incorrect sizing. please get in touch as soon as possible to secure the correct size. All of our pieces are made in limited quantities so we can't guarantee that your desired size will stay in stock.

Returns for store credit will only be accepted if the following terms are met: 

  • The item/s have been posted within 14 days of receiving them. 
  • The item/s are in the exact condition they were delivered in, unworn and unwashed. 
  • The hygiene stickers are intact and have not been removed. 
  • The cotton dust bag is returned with the item/s. 
  • Include your order number in the return. 

Please note: 

  • If any of these terms aren't met, we have the right to refuse your return. 
  • We do not offer free returns, the cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. 
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during their return, we recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking. 

If you should receive a faulty item, please contact us at customercare@therubystate.com to organise a replacement. We may require photographic evidence of the fault, as it was delivered in its original unworn condition.
